This past weekend our family celebrated a milestone birthday at The Balcony. It was my first time at The Balcony, as I came from the other side of the state. The whole experience was excellent and the owners personally visited with us and our guests and clearly cared about how it was going. Their entire staff showed care and compassion and professionalism throughout. Food was good and beautifully displayed. Very nice place! Thank you Balcony staff! Wish you continued success.
Stopped in pretty late on our drive to Deep Creek. We were looking for a place to have dinner that wasn’t fast food. So glad we stopped here! The food was so impressive!! We got a cheesesteak and chicken wrap, both were made with freshly prepared meat, fresh ingredients, well presented and tasted amazing. Really hit the spot. We will definitely be back when we’re in town.
I had a great time. They served me amazing food and went out of their way to accommodate me without asking. I played pool and the locals treated me nice. Im looking for a new pool team. I definitely had a good time hanging out. Everyone i produced themselves and we had a fair competition. They respected me as a female. That was a big deal to me. Thanks ladies and gents. They even jumped on the roof to get my lighter.
Many thanks to Gigi Jessie and the Balcony staff for the excellent service and experience today. We brought in 30 people on a Sunday with less than 2 hours notice. Gigi was organized, polite and efficient from taking orders to expediting the food and ensuring everything was correct. She had a great team behind her as the food was fresh and delicious. This was not our first trip to the Balcony but thanks to this experience it certainly won't be the last.

I had the English man sandwich, I'm picky and it comes with turkey which i do not like and they substituted it for ham. It was amazing and I plan to order more often. They had a band Surrender Dorothy and all tables were taken and bar was full. Still great service from the bar staff and especially the kitchen staff to include Susie the owner. Best place to spend your money. What a wonderful place to visit. Susie what a great place you have built, lol and Bill also. Much love to continue this venue.
Was in the Cumberland area looking for a light lunch of wings and omg did they deliver! We tried 3 different flavors, biker dust, wet old bay, and butter garlic. They were all delicious, but the butter garlic was our favorite. Worth the drive of an hour and a half and we would do it again just for the wings!
I really enjoyed my lunch at the Balcony. It was too cold to eat outside, but the indoor seating was comfortable, the service was great, and the food was delicious.
